The Co-op building was decorated with new signage this year at the Dodge County Fair. PS Seasoning was the new primary sponsor of the previously named “co-op building” and food stand at the 2018 Fair. A ribbon cutting took place on the morning of August 15, where PS Seasoning representatives and Dodge County Fair Association Members formally recognized the sponsorship and building enhancements. Sponsorship assisted with external structural renovations, including replacing wood siding with a steel exterior. The building is the primary location for selling much-anticipated, seasonal treats like ice cream sundaes and delicious cream puffs during the Dodge County Fair each August.

The idea of PS Seasoning was founded by Harold Hanni in 1931, during the Great Depression. “Stretching the dollar”, by originally relying on old-world cheese and sausage making, the Hanni family has made great cheese and sausage for more than sixty years. Talent and ideas have now spanned four generations. In the mid-1980’s, Harold’s son and daughter-in-law established PS Seasoning as a formal company. Today, PS Seasoning and Spices still carries the original, old-world flavors, but the Wisconsin-based business also has created 3,000 new products and product lines to advance with the changing times. PS Seasoning has been decorated with several state and national awards by several well-recognized organizations, including Wisconsin Meat Processors. PS Seasoning is located in Iron Ridge, Wisconsin, just a short thirty-minute drive east of Beaver Dam.
