The aroma of fair foods will be familiar. But a brand-new event is drawing crowds to the Dodge County Fairgrounds this year. Each month, crowds can enjoy a variety of fair favorites at the Fair Food Festival. The event will take place monthly on Saturdays from 11am until 8pm. Stop by for lunch, dinner or a unique snack – every month.

Grab the whole family, as there are a variety of items available. Everyone will find something to enjoy. Grab some fresh cut or ribbon fries, corndogs, chicken, pizza or a delicious grilled cheese sandwich for lunch or dinner. Enjoy snacks, such as pretzels or kettle corn, while you are enjoying the relaxing afternoon under a shade tree. If you have a sweet tooth, order yourself an ice cream cone, shaved ice or sit down with a funnel cake.

Attendees can enjoy their buffet of carnival food at the picnic tables and shelters. Or bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. Spread out and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of outdoor socializing and music in Beaver Dam. Parking and admission is FREE for this event.

Dates include: April 24, May 8, June 5, July 17, September 4 and October 2. Food and beverage options will vary each month.

Attendees can also enjoy a wider assortment of fair favorites at the fairgrounds on August 18-22, when the Dodge County Fair returns for a much anticipated season of live music, carnival rides, free entertainment, youth education and – an assortment of fair food. You’ll get your fix of fried foods, sweets and mouth-watering finger foods during the five-day event. The Dodge County Fair includes a free evening concert series and free parking.

This new event is a fundraiser for the non-profit Dodge County Fair Association and supports the vendors involved, who may have endured hardships in 2020.

If you can offer additional fair food options (not previously listed) or own a popular food truck, reach out to Barb Mullin [email protected] or 920-296-2209 to secure your spot. Spots are $75 per event (or a discounted total amount of $400 if committing for the whole season). Payments and contracts should be received by April 10th.
