The wait is over for local treasure hunters and collectors. Just a few weeks remain until the 2021 flea market season begins in Beaver Dam. Collectibles, handmade crafts, seasonal produce and unique antiques from across the state will be available for purchase at the Dodge County Fairgrounds, starting May 22 at 8am. The vendor fair will last until 2pm and will be held rain or shine. Unique items from home-based businesses and direct sales vendors will also be available to see in person across the sprawling Fairgrounds.

An assortment of vendors will be on site indoors and outdoors – sharing attendee favorites and new, unique items. There is still space for additional vendors at this month’s event and for future dates. Vendors and direct sales representatives may now conveniently register online. The new online form allows you to easily secure your $20 space rental fee and online payment (plus $1 processing fee). Only one vendor per direct sales company/brand will be available at each event. Unlimited space is available for hobbyists, antiques, artists, and craftsman.

Vendor spaces measure approximately 20 ft x 20 ft, but booths do vary. Vendors should contact [email protected] with additional questions about registration and availability.

Additional flea market and craft fair dates include: June 19, July 24, August 28, September 18 and October 16. Vendors and seasonal produce will vary. But admission and parking are always FREE.

Frosty’s Fosters Animal Rescue will again offer concessions for purchase at this year’s events. Your food purchases will help support medical care and meals for local dogs, cats and small animals in need of furr-ever homes. Your support will also assist their ongoing fundraising efforts for a new sprawling space for onsite care of these animals. Adoptable animals will be available at the 2021 flea markets, when weather permits this season.

On Saturday May 8, Frosty’s Fosters will also be hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch. The fundraiser, which will be held from noon-4pm in Waupun (220 Grandview Ave) will help support Frosty’s Dream and the needs for the new space. Families, dog moms and animal lovers will enjoy a hearty breakfast, while supporting the local mission. Breakfast options will include: pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and a variety of beverage options. Tickets will be available for purchase: $8/adults and $5/children (under 12 yrs). Attendees who provide a personal donation will also receive $3 off of one adult breakfast. Families can also surprise mom by planting a flower with a $5 donation. Additional raffles, donation opportunities and kid-friendly activities will be available on site during this family-friendly event.
