Jordan Davis, Billboard and CMT “Artist to Watch”, will perform at the Dodge County Fair, holding a FREE concert on August 20th. The upcoming singer/songwriter recently toured with familiar names like Rascal Flatts, Brett Young, Jake Owen, Kip Moore and Old Dominion. And you can catch him live in the Beaver Dam grandstands at 8 pm, with your paid gate admission to the Fair.

Davis was awarded the Best New Country Artist at the 2019 iHeart Radio Music Awards and was also nominated for the ACM New Male Artist of the Year. It is no wonder, with his three consecutive number one platinum-certified hits” “Slow Dance in a Parking Lot”, “Singles You Up” and “Take it From Me”. Fans may also recognize his hits “Almost Maybes” and his “Cool Anymore” collaboration with Julia Michaels.

His debut album, “Home State” has accumulated more than 1.5 billion streams worldwide. Davis states that his music was inspired by previous generations of artists songwriters as well as the new era of modern-country music. Davis’ music seemingly bridges the gap across several genres and sounds, making his August 20th concert a must-see event for fans spanning multiple eras and interests.

During the challenging year of 2020, Davis created his latest album, “Buy Dirt”. The recent release was an effort to create a uplifting experience for his fans. The tracks and the story-telling were based on what he calls ‘universal experiences’ that tie his listeners together versus challenging them like the many other experiences of the pandemic. Themes of self-improvement, love, loss, personal struggles and internal reflection are strewn throughout the tracks. The title track, featuring Luke Bryan, goes even further in helping listeners focus on what blessings they are always surrounded by, even when they’ve been faced with such challenges.
