Crowds will be pulled into Beaver Dam and brought to their feet when the J&A Branded truck and tractor pulls roar into the Dodge County Fairgrounds this summer. With two much-anticipated events hosted by Midwest Tractor and Truck Pullers Association (MTTPA) scheduled on July 9 and September 17, both events will offer a variety of family-friendly entertainment and heart-pounding excitement. This will be the first time that MTTPA has hosted events at the Dodge County Fairgrounds in Beaver Dam.
“It has been a great experience in getting our event rolling at Dodge County Fairgrounds, and we are looking forward to hosting our events in Beaver Dam.”, states Anna Jacobs, an organizer of both events.
Fans in the grandstands will see a little bit of everything from street diesel trucks to modified tractors at both events.
On the evening of Saturday, July 9, “The Pull” Dodge County Series Truck and Tractor Pull will include: altered farm tractors, 12,500 lb farm turbo tractors, modified tractors, workstock diesel trucks, outlaw diesel trucks, pro stock 3.0 diesel trucks, barnyard gas trucks, pro stock gas trucks and more. The three-hour event will take place from 6-9 pm.
On Saturday, September 17, the organization will return to Beaver Dam with two pulling sleds for non-stop action from 2-5 pm at the Best of the Midwest Tractor and Truck Pull. This event will feature: 9,500lb farm no turbo tractors, 12,500lb farm turbo tractors, too hot to farm tractors, altered farm tractors, modified tractors, street diesel trucks, workstock, diesel trucks, outlaw diesel trucks, pro stock 3.0 diesel trucks, barnyard gas trucks, outlaw gas trucks and pro stock gas trucks. Plan to stick around — the top four pullers in points for this event will be pulling for special payouts and prizes.
There will be a $20 hook fee for both members and non-members at both events. Participants should arrive early to register in person at either event. Registration will close thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Tickets for either event may be conveniently purchased in advance online or cash at the fairground gates. General admission for both events is only $15 for adults online or in person (ages 15 yrs and up). Children (accompanied by an adult) are FREE up to age fourteen. Gates will open approximately two hours prior to start time.

These affordable family-friendly events are being hosted by a family of its own at MTTPA. The organization is managed by Anna Jacobs and her father, who has been involved with the organization for over five decades. In 2020, she and her spouse also started J&A Branded, who are promoters of the events. Jacobs’ father will also be announcing at both events.
“This is definitely a family affair”, shares Jacobs “… which is why we base our admission pricing affordable for families with kids up to 14 being free”.

No carry-ins will be allowed at either event. Concessions will be provided by Dodge County Fairgrounds. The fairgrounds are conveniently located centrally to the Milwaukee, Green Bay and Madison areas.
