Now Accepting Bids for Small Event Concessions

Are you a food service company or organization looking for a fantastic opportunity to reach a hungry and thirsty audience? The Dodge County Fair Association is excited to announce that we are now accepting bids for a vendor to operate our food trailer at various events held at the Fairgrounds from May through October!

A Growing Opportunity

Summer at the Dodge County Fairgrounds is bustling with activity, and the number of events continues to grow yearly. This means more attendees, and more attendees mean more opportunities to sell delicious food and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks!

What We Provide

To help you succeed, the Fair Association will provide the food trailer with tables, a refrigerator, electricity, and water. You’ll supply the inventory and cooking appliances necessary to prepare your offerings, along with your culinary expertise and a commitment to customer satisfaction!

How to Submit Your Bid

We are looking for a company or organization to operate a mobile concession stand and pay the Fair Association a commission from selling food and non-alcoholic drinks. The commission rate should be at least 20%. If you’re interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit a letter of interest to the Fair Association.

Important Requirements

The selected vendor must comply with all necessary regulations and requirements, including:

• Required Insurance
• Wisconsin Food Code
• Seller’s Permit
• Any other required licenses or certifications to operate a concession stand.
