We are a candy store in downtown Neenah. We sell caramel apples, caramel corn, chocolate covered caramels and other treats! Are we allowed to attend the flea markets? We have the necessary insurance and licenses. Thanks!

Food Vendors must get prior approval and provide a valid state license and proof of inspection. Please ask in advance if there is any question regarding the items you plan to sell by email to the event coordinators Frosty’s Fosters Animal Rescue at [email protected]

I am just making sure that there are spots available for this Saturday. Thanks so much!

Thanks for checking Brian… Spaces are first to come, the first pick but we have hundreds of booth spaces so no worries about running out of space, we have 75 acres of outdoor space and five large buildings for indoor booths. Vendors selling unique, handmade, vintage, antique, or collectibles need not register in advance … just show up the morning of the event, set-up starts at 6 AM. We only permit one direct sales vendor from each company per event so please check by email with the event coordinators Frosty’s Fosters Animal Rescue at [email protected]

What does a vendor pay for a space? What are sizes of spaces?

Space sizes are usually 20′ x 20′ but not limited or measured, just please be respectful to other vendors and do not use more space than you need.

What kind of crafts do people usually sell?

    • Fair Assoc Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 1:07 PM - Reply

Always a big variety of crafts, we do not pre-register vendors so it’s always a surprise to see the items on display… Birdhouses, wall decor, steel cut lawn art, and handmade blankets are just a few that come to mind. Great place to find unique gifts all in one friendly location!
