    Hi,
I did my online registration for flea market but
I have some queries regarding it.
I would appreciate if I get the clarification for same:-

    1. What time we need to be there for setting our stall?
    2. Will it be indoor or outdoor area?
    3. Will we get any table for setting up the stall or we need to being our own table and chairs?
    4. So we need to do any registration when we arrive as we have already registered online and paid the fees online
    5. What will be the closing timings.

    Thanks

All great questions! Thank you for posting so others have the answers too … Vendor set-up is from 6 to 8 AM so depending on how much time you need determines your arrival. We have indoor and outdoor booth spaces, you decide when you arrive, spots are first-come first-pick, we have virtually unlimited booth spaces on the 75 acre Fairgrounds. Please bring your own tables, chairs, racks, or anything else for your booth, we provide the space. When you arrive claim a spot and start setting up, a volunteer will stop by your booth during the sale and since you paid online they will just confirm and check the list. Event closes at 2 PM followed by vendor tear-down and exit. Looking forward to another great Flea Market, see you there!

        Are the indoor booths heated??

Great question Kristine … Sorry to say the Fairgrounds is a seasonal venue, no heat or air conditioning at this time. For this last Flea Market of the season, we’ll have to wear jackets and gloves. Good opportunity for anyone selling blankets or handmade knitted hats though! Hope to see you there!
