Pernat Haase Meats Truck Pull! Witness the power of street and modified trucks as they battle it out on the track at the Dodge County Fair. This FREE event (with fair admission) features local competitors and members of the Badger Truck Pullers Association.

The Poultry Project is excited to sponsor the Little Flock Showmanship Contest this Sunday in the Small Animal Building! We invite students in grades Pre-K through 4th grade who are interested in showcasing poultry to compete. Contestants will demonstrate their knowledge of proper poultry showmanship and handling techniques. Remember to pre-register!

An event for youth in 7th to 12th grade with intellectual disabilities like autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or other sensory-processing disorder. A pig show for youth with disabilities, at the Dodge County Fair swine and sheep barn arena on Sunday of the Fair at 10:30 AM.

In their 25-minute show, attendees will see a variety of breeds, from the popular Belgian Malinois to a 9-pound Chihuahua mix and more! Audience members also have the chance to win souvenirs through volunteer participation, or they can purchase their own after the show while meeting one of the four-legged stars.

A maximum of 16 participants from the Dodge County Junior Dairy Show will be featured in the auction. To qualify, these youth must have placed first in at least one of the 15 classes at the Dodge County Fair. The 16th lot will be selected through a random drawing from all dairy youth exhibitors who have submitted an educational card with at least 7 points.

The racing animals don’t require extensive training to race. Once they are taken out of their trailer, they instinctively know that the faster they run around the course, the sooner they can return to their cool and comfortable temporary home. Other racing animals include ducks and Nigerian Dwarf goats from West Africa. 

Nick is an enthusiastic and dedicated performer known for his unique and diverse show that combines learning, music, games, and fun for audiences of all ages. Nick's Kids Show is a musically entertaining experience for the entire family, inviting children on stage to be part of a Rock 'n' Roll band.

Demolition Derby Doubleheader! Get ready for a day of destruction at the Dodge County Fair. The action starts at 1 PM with the first demolition derby, where cars, trucks, and vans battle it out to qualify for the evening's grand finale.

In their 25-minute show, audiences will see a variety of breeds, including the popular Belgian Malinois and even a 9-pound Chihuahua mix, among others! Attendees will have the chance to win a souvenir through volunteer participation, or they can purchase one after the show while meeting one of the four-legged stars! 

These students will showcase their model horses and explain their work through Danish judging. While they can receive verbal guidance, the exhibitors will do all the setup and preparation!

This fun-filled event will take place in the Farm Progress Arena, located just north of the Open Class Exhibit Building. You’ll be amazed and amused as the youngest farmers lead their adorable May and June dairy calves around the show ring, showcasing their showmanship skills.

This contest is open to kids ages 4 through grade 4 who want to try their hand at showing sheep. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own sheep—friendly sheep provided by our Sheep Project members will be available for you to work with!

Get ready for exciting go-kart racing action in 2025 at the Dodge County Fairgrounds near Beaver Dam, Wisconsin! Ten races are scheduled on the newly constructed 1/8-mile clay oval track, conveniently located within the existing ½-mile track.
