4-H clubs and FFA chapters earn herdsmanship awards through designated criteria that include; care of the exhibit, appearance and attitude of the exhibitors, and preparation of the exhibit.
Take a break from the Fair while watching The Swingin Beavers Square Dance Club perform in the WXRO WBEV Radio Park. The dancers learn a number of moves which the caller then puts together to form the dance.

The grandstands will be filled with thousands of classic rock fans this summer when Starship featuring Mickey Thomas performs, followed by Blue Oyster Cult. Both groups will perform their recognizable hits at the Dodge County Fair for their first time on Saturday, August 21.
All entries are blue and red ribbon winning. Rabbits, chickens, turkeys, ducks and more are going to be up for sale at this year's auction.
