Crash Crazy Motorsports will be hosting this year’s demolition derbies on Sunday afternoon at the fair. The 2024 Dodge County Fair season will conclude on August 18, with the popular dual event featuring a variety of powered-up vehicles competing for payouts and prizes at 1pm and 6pm. These events are staples of the fair’s history. Parking and admission for each of these events are free.

Drivers are still being welcomed to make this the grandest, most exciting event of its kind in the area. All participants must register before the 1pm qualifying event. Organizers are thrilled to bring another stellar show to fair attendees this year. New and seasoned participants are encouraged to register. Questions from potential participants may be directed to Nick Neumann of Crash Crazy Motorsports at crashcrazymotorsports@aol.com.

The participation fee for vehicles and drivers is $50. The pit pass fee for this event is $20 and all pit participants must be sixteen years or older with a valid driver’s license. A notarized consent form with parent signature is needed for teen drivers under eighteen years of age. Registration, additional rules, forms, event updates and event photos will be shared on the Crash Crazy Motorsports Facebook page.

The events will exhibit power-wheels, full-size car open class, mid-size car semi-stock class, compact car semi-stock, mini-trucks and mini-van with semi-stock class, full-size trucks and semi-stock classes as well as “gutngo” vehicles. Children ages 3-8 years old can also participate with one guardian in the power-wheels event for youth drivers. Registration is only $10 and a pit pass is not required. Sunday will also be the kids’ final opportunity to catch a ride on the midway. Rides open at noon and close at 6pm.

Want more loud vehicles and thrilling entertainment? Sunday’s fair lineup will also include the Pernat Haase Meats 4WD Truck Pull at 9 am. The Badger State Truck and Tractor Pull will also pull-off an amazing event on the first night of the Dodge County Fair. The event begins at 7 pm on Wednesday.

The demolition derby will conclude five full days of fun, food and free entertainment at the fair! The fair will take place August 14-18 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Attend the fair for only $7 per day with the purchase of a season ticket.  Daily gate admission is $10 before 12:00 pm; or $15 after 12:00 pm.  Children age nine and under are FREE.  Season tickets are only $35 in advance or $40 at the gate. Tickets can be purchased at most Dodge County Banks, Beaver Dam Food Pride, Beaver Dam Piggly Wiggly or at the Fairgrounds Office. Save time at the Dodge County Fairgrounds gates and purchase your advance fair tickets online ($15/daily or $35 season pass).
