Do vendors need to pack up each night? How long do we have for set up time and how early can we get there to set up?
Thanks for asking Mandy – Most vendors set up Monday or Tuesday before the County Fair and close or lock up each night. Your stand or booth can stay set up all week, just secure and close down each night as you see fit. Everything can stay connected and running as needed.
Is there a map layout of the current vendor booths, etc?
Thanks for asking Carrie! Unfortunately this year we do not have it published on our website, you can see a printed copy at the space manager’s office under the grandstand.
When are the vendor tents/building open and closed each day for shopping?
That’s a great question James! The Commercial Building and Tents are usually open from 10 AM to 9 PM on Wednesday through Saturday and close at 6 PM on Sunday.
When can I pickup passes for workers at our booth?
Thanks for asking Jack – Commercial Vendors may pick-up passes at the Space Manager’s Office under the Grandstand on the Tuesday prior to the start of the Fair (set-up day).
What time do the rides and the vendors close down? Are they open during all the concerts?
Great question Sandra – the rides open at 1 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, 12 Noon all other days. Food vendors are typically open from 11 AM to 10 PM but depends on how busy it is and the type of food they sell. Yes, vendors are open during the concerts but could close shortly after depending on the crowd and sales.
