Fair Food Festival

| FreeBring the whole family to Beaver Dam for the Fair Food Festival, which will feature delicious sweet treats, tasty fried fair food, and an assortment of food carts. Events are scheduled rain or shine throughout the Summer with a variety of new vendors. Picnic tables and shelters will be available for relaxing and listening to live music outdoors while enjoying your favorite carnival foods.
Admission and parking are absolutely free. No carry-ins, please.
While you’re supporting local vendors, support local musicians, too. Attendees will enjoy a variety of live music throughout the day. New talent will take the stage every ninety minutes.
The Live Music Stage will feature entertainment throughout the day. Performances will feature a variety of local artists (coordinated by Mac Daddy Entertainment).
Food carts and vendors offering these items or those interested in offering similar items at the Fair Food Festival should complete an online application. Food vendors will enjoy high-voltage direct electricity, water, restrooms, and garbage receptacles with the $100 monthly space fee.
There is something for everyone, with ten unique food trucks sharing all of their top-selling fair foods and snacks with you.
- AR Chimney Cakes (a Hungarian pastry that is made from sweet yeast dough): Chimney dog, (hot dog, brat, or smoked sausage), Garlic parmesan Chimney (Chimney cake covered in garlic butter & Parmesan cheese), Chimney cone with soft serve ice cream & toppings, Chimney Cannoi (Chimney cake filled with Cannoicream, chocolate or Carmel drizzle, coated with powdered sugar), Chimney puff (Chimney cake filled with whipped cream, chocolate or Carmel drizzle, coated with powdered sugar).
- Blue Gnome Treats: Chicken Teriyaki; Spring Rolls; Crab Rangoon; Lemonade; Bubble Tea; Ice Cream Cones; Ice Cream Dish; Bubble Waffle with Ice Cream; Açaí Bowl.
- Charlie’s: Hand dipped Corn Dogs; Chicken Tenders; Ribbon Fries; French Fries; Toppings for Fries; Soda; Water.
- Flips Mini Donuts: Cinnamon/Sugar mini donuts; Powdered Sugar mini donuts; Chocolate frosted minis; Vanilla frosted minis; Variety of Iced Coffee flavors; Hot Chocolate; Fresh Lemonade; Water.
- G&G Concessions: Greek Gyros; Chicken Pita; Soda; Water.
- Kona Ice: Hawaiian Shaved Ice; Water
- Travelin Tom’s Coffee: Hot Coffee; Cold Coffee; Frappe; Cold Brew; Tea; Lemonade; Nitro Energy; Hot Chocolate; Cinnamon Apple Cider.
- Mitchell’s Smokin BBQ: Brisket; Pulled Pork; Pulled Chicken; Cornbread; Beans; Mac n Cheese Potato Salad; Coleslaw.
- Mr P’s Grilled Cheese: Several different flavors of Grilled Cheese sandwiches; Tomato Bisque soup.
- Sam’s Little Red Wagon: Popcorn; Cotton Candy; Nachos; Mountain Dew Slush; Snow Cones; water.
The event will be held rain or shine. But with this Saturday’s weather, you will want to hang around and listen to our live music lineup, featuring seven hours of local entertainment:
11:00-12:00: Big Daddy Matty
12:30-1:30: Driving Buddies
2:00-3:00: Nick Castillo
3:30-4:30: Blue Suede Cadillacs
5:00-6:00: The Avionics
Parking and admission to the event are FREE. Don’t forget to mark your calendar for August 16-20 for the 2023 Dodge County Fair. There will be more fair food, more live music, animals and midway rides.
