How many vendors do you have signed up … how many do you expect by the day of the event?
Thanks for asking… We do not pre-register so it’s hard to say for sure but we usually average 50 to 60 vendors each month. Hopefully you can join us… See more information on our FAQ page or ask here!
We are interested in being a vendor. We have some antiques, some furniture, tools etc. Do we need a sellers permit or is this like a rummage sale, where we just set up. We live in area where it is hard to have a garage sale, so we are interested in trying a flea market..
Great question Mary… Yes, just set-up the morning of the sale. Set-up starts at 6 AM and spaces are first come, first pick. We have hundreds of spots so no worry about running out of space. More information in the Flea Market section of our FAQ at https://dodgecountyfairgrounds.com/faqs/
Hello!!! My name is Karina and I am checking to see if I could be a vendor, if there’s space available? Thanks!
Thanks for asking Karina and posting a comment… For homemade crafts just show up the morning of the event, set-up starts at 6 AM. Spaces are first to come, the first pick but we have hundreds of booth spaces so no worries about running out of space, we have 75 acres of outdoor space and five large buildings for indoor booths. Booth spaces are $20 rent and collected the day of the event by a volunteer from Frosty’s Fosters Animal Rescue. See you there!
how big are the spots. we have a two hour trip to participate in this event. is there some place we could come in the afternoon before the show and park for the night??
Booth sizes are usually 20′ x 20′ but not limited or measured, just please be respectful to other vendors and do not use more space than you need. Yes, if you have a long drive you are welcome to stay the night for driving safety, our gates are always open.
