Flea Market Vendors and Direct Sales Representatives can register online and pre-pay booth fees using the May 22nd online form and payment here.
What is the vendor fee and is it collected upon entry?
The flea market and craft fair vendor fee is $20 and will be collected by a volunteer from frosty’s fosters animal rescue at your booth shortly after the start of the show.
Is there a food stand?
Thanks for asking Orin – Yes, there is a food stand at the PS Seasonings Building in the center of the Fairgrounds selling food and drink during the Flea Market and Craft Fair. Proceeds benefit Frosty’s Fosters Animal Rescue so not only good food, good deed too! See you there!
Do I have to pay in advance for an outdoor space?
Great question Brenda … Vendors selling unique, handmade, vintage, antique, or collectibles need not register in advance — just show up the morning of the event, set-up starts at 6 AM. Spaces are first to come, the first pick but we have hundreds of booth spaces so no worries about running out of space, we have 75 acres of outdoor space and five large buildings for indoor booths. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you!
We are camping in the area and would love to attend. We have a 4 month old puppy. May we bring her on a short leash?
Thanks for asking Mark, unfortunately we only allow service dogs and show animals at our public events.
How do you get an indoor booth and how many are available?
Thanks for asking Mary – we have over 100 indoor spaces available, no need to reserve, you decide on the morning of the event where you want to setup, first-come, first-served. If we run out then we’ll open more buildings. We’ve never ran out of indoor spaces, most vendors prefer outdoor.
Where do i get an application for selling at the flea market? Do I need to be a business?
Thanks for asking Cristine, you do not need a business or show any documentation, how you handle your income is up to your tax situation. Online applications will be available in a few days, a link will be posted on each event page. Please post any other questions you have here in the comments. Thank you!
