I am interested in camper storage but I am out of town on October 21st. Is there any other option?
Thanks for asking Andrea – There is a second date for storing your camper on Saturday, October 28th from 8 AM to 1 PM.
Hello-What forms of payment are accepted for indoor storage?
Good question Jeff – Cash, check, and credit card payment will be accepted for Storage payment. Thank you!
Hello, I am wondering how I know WHERE to go when I get there…How early do people start to line up. It says 8am, is that when you start to move people in or is that the first as to when people can start to get in line. We are new to this and have a 34 foot Class A Camper. I see in another message someone asked about if you run out of storage. You say only for the really large campers. I also need to know if there is a height limit? Thank you for any info
Good questions Elizabeth – Enter at the Fabisch or High Point Road entrances to the Fairgrounds, follow the other campers, you can start lining up as early as you like, payment and parking will start at 8 AM. Further information about height limits and or running out of storage can be obtained by calling Doug Ninmann our Storage Coordinator at 920-210-1216. Thank you!
Do park our own trailer in the storage unit? Is being a Dodge County resident a prerequisite? Thank you!
Thanks for asking Jeff – Storage of cars, trucks, and 5th wheel RV trailers are parked by the owner on arrival, all other items are dropped outside the building indicated by the attendant at time of payment. We take storage items from residents throughout the state of Wisconsin, you do not have to reside in Dodge County to use our storage. Thank you!
What are my chances of getting an indoor spot if I wait until first thing on the 28th? I have been told that you do fill up sometimes and I know it is a first come, first served basis.
Good question Mike – It depends on the item being stored and the size. We have never ran out of space for cars or trucks and small fishing boats. Space for larger items do fill-up but we usually have space available on the second entry date for everything except the largest, 5th wheel and class A RVs. Last year, a few opted for outdoor parking in a protected space at a discount – the attendants always have options. Thank you for asking!
