Little Shepherds Showmanship Contest

Calling all future sheep herders!

Want to have some farmtastic fun and learn valuable skills at the Dodge County Fair? The Little Shepherds Showmanship Contest is the perfect place to start!

This contest is open to kids ages 4 to grade 4 who are interested in getting a taste of showing sheep. No need to bring your own woolly friend – friendly sheep provided by our Sheep Project members will be waiting for you!

Contestants will be judged on their showmanship skills, learning how to properly handle and present a sheep. It’s a great way to make new friends and discover a love for raising sheep!

Registration is required – grab a form at the Dodge County Fair Office or the Open Class Fair book. Don’t miss out on this baaa-rilliant opportunity!
