Dodge County Fairgrounds Dodge County Fairgrounds, Beaver DamTop Holsteins from Dodge, Jefferson, Waukesha, Washington and Ozaukee Counties meet for the Wisconsin Holstein District 8 show. Hosted by the Jefferson County Holstein Breeders, judge Ryan Weigel will award the top Holsteins in each category.
