Open-class sheep showing is available at the Dodge County Fair for numerous breeds: Shropshire, Corriedale and Colombias, Dorset, Horned Dorset, Hampshire, Suffolk, and a class for any other breeds.

Sheep are evaluated in the Junior Livestock Building arena for; functionality, structure, balance, and attractiveness. All purebred breeding stock must be registered.

The junior market lambs exhibit purpose is to encourage young people to produce and exhibit high-quality lambs as part of their farming program.

This unique competition puts the spotlight on the top junior and senior showmen from the dairy, beef, sheep, and swine projects. Don't miss the exciting Showmanship Showdown at the Dodge County Fair!
