If you are craving live music and a night out, the Dodge County Fairgrounds has a diverse lineup for you on Saturday of the Dodge County Fair. Beaver Dam will welcome a variety of live acts and familiar sounds, including the American rock band, Smash Mouth.
Dodge County Fair admission prices on August 20th and throughout the fair include all live entertainment and concerts, including unforgettable Smash Mouth for an all-ages show on the grandstand stage at 8pm. All live entertainment is absolutely FREE. Gates open at the fair on Saturday, August 20. Admission is only $5.40 per day with season tickets. Admission at the gate is $7 if purchased before Noon or $10 after 12:00 pm. Children under ten receive free admission to the fair.
Attendees young and old will sing along to Smash Mouth’s hits from the 90’s and early 2000’s. With songs from family feature films like Shrek and the Jungle Book, the concert will be filled with upbeat, alternative rock sounds from the big screen. Familiar favorites will have you dancing, like “Walkin’ on the Sun”, “Can’t Get Enough of You Baby”, and “Then the Morning Comes”. Before arriving for Smash Mouth, please review our seating guidelines in the grandstands before making your visit to the fairgrounds. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Warehouse 4 will be performing class rock cover songs on the Homan Hometown Music Stage (located near the commercial building) from noon until 1:30pm. After a brief intermission, 20 Minute Mission will follow from 2-3:30pm with their rock and punk sound. More fun continues later on Saturday night from 9:30-11:30pm, when Whiskey Flats closes out the evening with familiar southern country sounds. The band will perform after Smash Mouth concludes their concert from the grandstands.
Horse pulls will also take place in the grandstands on Saturday morning from 9-11am.
The Dodge County Fair is scheduled on August 17-21 with a variety of live music throughout the week, plus showmanship activities, family-friendly entertainment, delicious fair food and midway rides. Free evening entertainment includes concerts by country music sensation Clay Walker on Thursday evening and country storyteller, Russell Dickerson on Friday. Wednesday evening will feature the Badger State Tractor Pull and Sunday’s fun includes demolition derbies in the afternoon.
