The contest gives beef project youth the opportunity to demonstrate project growth by practicing their fitting skills and competing for prizes. Fitters will have one hour to fit, groom and care for their animal.

2021 Dodge County Fair
A huge tractor pull followed by three nights of national touring artist concerts entertain country and rock fans. Two demolition derbies, a Horse pull, tractor pull, and truck pull at the grandstand plus food, fun and exhibits for the whole family.

Youth entering grades 3-4 this school year show calves in the Junior Showmanship Contest. Judging will be based on proper showmanship techniques as demonstrated by the participant and how well the calf is trained. Organized by the Dodge County Dairy Youth Advisory Committee, the event was created to help promote interest in the Dairy Project.
